Privacy notice for devcurrent.no

Last updated: 27 October 2026

Who is responsible. DevCurrent AS (Org. no. 938 132 682), Edvard Storms gate 2, 0166 Oslo, Norway, is the controller of the personal data collected on this website. Send privacy questions to kontakt@devcurrent.no.

What the contact form collects. Your name, work e-mail, organisation, role, the kind of organisation, what your enquiry is about, and your message if you write one. We use these details only to reply to you and follow up your enquiry, for example with a demo. The basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) and, when your enquiry is about an agreement, that you asked us to take that step (Article 6(1)(b)).

Visitor statistics. We use Plausible to see how many people visit the pages, where they come from and which pages lead to an enquiry. Plausible uses no cookies and does not store your IP address. Visits are counted with a code that changes every day, so we cannot follow you from one day to the next or recognise you.

No cookies. The website uses no cookies and no tracking. Fonts and films load from our own server, not from third parties. That is why we do not ask for your consent.

Who processes the data for us.

  • Microsoft runs the website and forwards the form as an e-mail, from data centres in Europe. Enquiries are kept in our mailbox at Domeneshop AS, a Norwegian company.
  • Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia) produces the visitor statistics, with data stored in the EU.

We have data processing agreements with each of them. The data is stored in the EU/EEA.

How long we keep it. Enquiries are deleted 12 months after the last contact, unless they lead to an agreement. The visitor statistics hold no personal data.

Your rights. You can ask to see the data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also object to the processing or ask us to restrict it. Write to kontakt@devcurrent.no, and we reply within 30 days.

Complaints. If you believe we process your data in breach of the rules, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no).
