DevCurrent launches: the entire software development process automated, with people in control
The Nordic company DevCurrent AS today launches a platform that automates the whole of software delivery, from the first idea to a system in production. DevCurrent builds new systems, and understands and modernizes the systems organisations already run.
Specialised AI agents each take a role in the lifecycle: specification and planning, design, data, backend, frontend, review and release. Every layer is built, reviewed and tested before the next begins, and the organisation's own people approve at the gates they choose.
DevCurrent delivers six journeys:
- from idea to certified specification
- from specification to clickable prototype
- new features in existing systems
- from legacy to modern system
- from specification to production
- from existing code to a full security, architecture and test-coverage audit
The platform runs in the customer's own environment: in their own cloud account in Europe or the US, or on their own servers, even with no internet access. Customers choose their own models, and the platform sends nothing to DevCurrent AS. DevCurrent is compliant with GDPR and the EU AI Act, with a full audit trail and cost caps.
"Software delivery has long been too slow and too expensive, and the oldest systems stay put because no one dares touch them. With DevCurrent, AI does the work and people make the decisions," says Mohammad Yassin, founder of DevCurrent AS.
Organisations can start with a demo or a joint pilot on their own case, inside their own environment. Consultancies, system integrators and resellers can become partners.
